Where, oh where, can it go? — coming soon!

A Hillsborough resident and former volunteer at the Orange County Rescue Squad recovered a plethora of memorabilia from the OCRS after the building was sold. Stowing it in his shed for now, the man hopes to find somewhere in the county to display this little slice of history—some of the items date back to the 60s!

Stay tuned for more details in Wednesday's paper (Feb. 2)! In the meantime, any ideas as to where the memorabilia could be displayed?

  1. This is a really unfortunate turn of events for OCRS. I was a volunteer in the early 80's, but lnow living in Switzerland, I had not heard much news of how times have changed for the worse. I recognize many of the items in the photo-they were kept, if I recall, in a glass case just inside the front entrance of the building. I wish I could help in some way.
