From the county at 10 a.m. this morning:
"This is an alert from Orange County Emergency Services. 9-1-1 telephone
service is down across Orange County.
The workaround phone number for 9-1-1 emergency calls in Orange County
is 919 732-5856.
A CodeRED message has also been sent to impacted residents."
