I noticed this outside Cedar Ridge High School this morning when doing my Athlete O' the Week rounds. I hadn't noticed it before, so I can assume it is a new monument. The text reads:"In Memory and Honor of the Victims and Heroes of September 11, 2001." It was placed by the Cedar Ridge history club.
