Each year Orange County invites outside agencies or non-profits to submit applications for general fund appropriations to support the delivery of vital community services that benefit county residents. Orange County government recognizes and respects the strong network of services provided by non-profit partners. Many of these organizations help secure the social safety net for individuals and families stressed by the current economic environment.
Orange County will provide information on the guiding philosophy for funding outside agencies recently adopted by the Board of County Commissioners.
Applications and instructions are available on the Orange County website.
Completed applications and supporting materials are to be submitted electronically to Orange County Financial Services no later than Monday, Jan. 30, 2012.
